Hotel Description

LOCATION:
Star Inn Hotel Linz Promenadengalerien, by Comfort is located directly in the centre of Linz, only 200 m from the Mariendom church.

The hotel is ideally connected to the infrastructure and public transportation of the city which makes it a good starting point for tours through the city and the surrounding area.

Ars Electronica Center is 1 km and the Brucknerhaus Linz 1.5 km away, while the TipsArena can be reached by car within 7 minutes. Linz main train station is only 2 km from from the property.

ROOMS:
The rooms include a flat-screen TV and all rooms come with a private bathroom. There is a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi is offered throughout the entire property.

Check-out until 10 a.m.

Note for people with reduced mobility:
The eventpackage is generally not suitable for people with reduced mobility. However, individual customer requests are possible in individual cases (e.g. rooms for the disabled).

Passport and visa requirements:
For hotel check-in you need a valid passport or identity card. Special entry regulations may apply to foreign citizens (outside the Schengen area). You are responsible for getting your visa in time.

Payment terms:
The total price must be received in the account of the OÖ Touristik prior arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations up to 56 days prior arrival 20%
55-28 days prior arrival 50%
27-14 days prior arrival 75%
13-8 days prior arrival 90%
From the 7th day prior arrival and noShow 100%

If the booking is changed by the customer (change of the travel date, the tour, the duration, transfer due to a change in the person of the travel participant, etc.) up to 28 days before the start of the trip, which is not in our sphere, we charge a processing fee of € 50.00 per booking. After that, the cancellation conditions apply. Such a rebooking can only be made in accordance with the possibilities in individual cases; the customer is not entitled to this.
