Note for people with limited mobility
The cycle tour is not suitable for people with limited mobility. However, in specific cases it is possible to accommodate individual customer requests (e.g. barrier-free room).

Passport and visa requirements
To check in to your hotel you will need a valid passport or ID card.
For citizens of countries outside the Schengen area other regulations may apply. You are responsible for obtaining any visa you may require in good time.

Terms and Conditions of Payment:
The deposit of 10% of the tour price is due at the latest 14 days after receipt of the booking confirmation. The balance must be paid 14 days before arrival. 

Cancellation Policy:
Before the start of EUSAAT-Congress, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract
anytime. Such withdrawal has to be confirmed in a written form. In case of a withdrawal or no-show,
we are entitled to charge the following cancelation fees (percentages refer to the relevant travel
prices):
Hotel bookings:
- up to 28th days prior arrival: 20% of the total amount
- 27th to 14th days prior arrival: 30%
- 13th to 8th day prior arrival: 50%
- 7th to 4th day prior arrival: 70%
- from 3rd day and “no show”: 100%

Booking:
- by 24 January 2027: 20% of the total amount
- from 25 January to 9 February 2027: 50% of the total amount
- from 10 February 2027: 100% – no refund

If the customer makes changes to the booking (date of travel, tour, duration, transfer of the booking to another person etc.) up to 28 days before departure, for reasons which are outside our control, we will charge a processing fee of € 50,- per booking. After this date, the cancellation policy will apply. Such changes to a booking may only be made in individual cases and if possible; the customer has no right to any changes.

In case of a booking your announced data will be only used from OÖ Touristik GmbH for the process of bookings and related transactions and will be passed on only in the context of the contractual relationship to third parties. Standard information
The combination of travel services offered to you is a package within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302.
This ensures that you will benefit from all EU rights applicable to packages. Company OÖ Touristik GmbH will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole.
Additionally, as required by law, the company OÖ Touristik GmbH has protection in place to refund your payments and, where transport is included in the package, to ensure your repatriation in the event that it becomes insolvent.

Financial cover for customers
The tour operator OÖ. Touristik GmbH, Freistädter Str. 119, 4041 Linz has completed a bankruptcy insurance with Raiffeisen Landesbank Oberösterreich AG, Europaplatz 1a, 4020 Linz.
The liquidator is the Redion SA - Niederlassung Österreich , Dr.-Adolf-Schärf-Platz 10, 1220 Wien. Mail: prv.at@redion.com , 24-hour emergency number: +43 1 3172500.
