1st leg: 72 km, 1.790 hm: Kufstein - along creek Thierseer Ache to Thiersee - Landl – passing pasture Stallenalm to pasture Ackernalm - defile of Erzherzog Johann Klause - alpine hut Guffert Hütte - descent to Lake Achensee. Overnight stay at Maurach.


2nd leg: 69 km, 1.730 hm: Lake Achensee - pasture Gernalm - ascent to Plumsjoch – descent to Eng - second ascent to hut Schwarzlackenhütte – refuge Karwendelhaus - long descent to Scharnitz. Overnight stay to Scharnitz.


3rd leg: 77 km, 1.395 hm: Scharnitz – Seefeld – Zirl – passing through Inn Valley to Kranebitten near Innsbruck - ascent to Höttinger Bild and pasture Arzler Alm – Arzl – Rum - Absam - St. Michael - Schwaz. Overnight stay at Schwaz.

4th leg: 88 km, 1.950 hm: Schwaz - passing Jenbach to Lake Achensee – pasture Kögelalm - Valley Schönjochtal (range Rofangebirge) to Steinberg – Pinegg - refuge Kaiserhaus - passing Riedenberg to Lake Thiersee - Marblinger Höhe - Kufstein. Departure.
